Winkie Rhubarb - Dahlia Tuber

Winkie Rhubarb is a stunning medium decorative Dahlia with rich rhubarb-coloured blooms, beautifully accented by ripples of soft custard through the petals. The flowers are held on long, strong stems, making her an excellent choice for both garden display and cut flower arrangements. A prolific bloomer, she delivers impact and abundance all season long.

Dahlias prefer a full sun to part shade location and should be planted out after the risk of frost has passed. With continuous dead heading Dahlias will bloom from summer up until late autumn early winter.

You don’t need to water your Dahlias in after planting, just keep them moist once they start to grow above the ground. Adding a slow-release tomato fertiliser in early summer and some Sulphate of Potash, then a mulch will help get the best of the blooms.
