In 2025, we decided to step onto the wonderfully adventurous
path of dahlia breeding. Curiosity was our biggest motivation; we couldn’t
resist the urge to see what new beauties we might be able to create ourselves.
We’ve started small, treating this as a hands-on experiment
for now, learning what works, what doesn’t, and enjoying every unexpected
surprise along the way. In 2026 we will be planting out 200 seedlings and 6 second year seedlings, which made the cut from our 2025 trial.
We hope to create something truly beautiful to share with
you in the years ahead. Below are some of our very first seedlings from our
2025 season, our first-ever babies, and the beginning of a very exciting
journey.
