Winkie Whopper lives up to her name with huge, dinner plate-sized orange blooms that instantly catch the eye. Bold and vibrant, she is an absolute showstopper both in the garden and as a cut flower.

With strong stems and impressive size, Winkie Whopper commands attention wherever she grows.

Dahlias prefer a full sun to part shade location and should be planted out after the risk of frost has passed. With continuous dead heading Dahlias will bloom from summer up until late autumn early winter.

You don’t need to water your Dahlias in after planting, just keep them moist once they start to grow above the ground. Adding a slow-release tomato fertiliser in early summer and some Sulphate of Potash, then a mulch will help get the best of the blooms.
