Tartan is a bold and striking large Dahlia, featuring dramatic deep burgundy and brilliant white petals in a vivid, variegated pattern. Each bloom is a showstopper, full of contrast and character.

With her commanding presence and richly coloured flowers, Tartan is sure to make a statement in the garden and in any floral display.

Dahlias prefer a full sun to part shade location and should be planted out after the risk of frost has passed. With continuous dead heading Dahlias will bloom from summer up until late autumn early winter.

You don’t need to water your Dahlias in after planting, just keep them moist once they start to grow above the ground. Adding a slow-release tomato fertiliser in early summer and some Sulphate of Potash, then a mulch will help get the best of the blooms.
