Bushfire is a prolific small decorative Dahlia that lives up to its fiery name. Its vibrant orange blooms, flecked and streaked with bold red, create a glowing, flame-like effect 

Despite the smaller flower size, the plant itself grows large and bushy, producing an abundance of blooms throughout the season. With its long stems and excellent vase life, Bushfire is a standout for both the garden and the vase, bringing warmth and energy wherever it’s placed.

Dahlias prefer a full sun to part shade location and should be planted out after the risk of frost has passed. With continuous dead heading Dahlias will bloom from summer up until late autumn early winter.

You don’t need to water your Dahlias in after planting, just keep them moist once they start to grow above the ground. Adding a slow-release tomato fertiliser in early summer and some Sulphate of Potash, then a mulch will help get the best of the blooms.
