Cherry Valentine - Dahlia Tuber

Cherry Valentine is a small, vibrant red Dahlia featuring upright, compact blooms that add a splash of bold colour to any bouquet or garden bed. With long-lasting vase life and sturdy stems, Cherry Valentine is an excellent choice for cut flowers, bringing bright, cheerful energy indoors or out.

Dahlias prefer a full sun to part shade location and should be planted out after the risk of frost has passed. With continuous dead heading Dahlias will bloom from summer up until late autumn early winter.

You don’t need to water your Dahlias in after planting, just keep them moist once they start to grow above the ground. Adding a slow-release tomato fertiliser in early summer and some Sulphate of Potash, then a mulch will help get the best of the blooms.
