Margarita - Dahlia Tuber

Margarita is a beautiful medium decorative Dahlia with the most delicate soft pink petals, gently fading to cream at the centre. The petals often split, giving the blooms a frilly, airy appearance full of softness and charm. With excellent vase life, she is a must have for cut flowers.

2025 was my first season growing Margarita, and I have truly fallen in love with her beauty. 🌸

Dahlias prefer a full sun to part shade location and should be planted out after the risk of frost has passed. With continuous dead heading Dahlias will bloom from summer up until late autumn early winter.

You don’t need to water your Dahlias in after planting, just keep them moist once they start to grow above the ground. Adding a slow-release tomato fertiliser in early summer and some Sulphate of Potash, then a mulch will help get the best of the blooms.
