Florelie Café Violet is a beautiful large decorative Dahlia with softly purple-toned blooms, offering a striking twist on the ever-popular Café au Lait. The flowers are elegant and eye-catching, especially when seen on masse on the tall, vigorous plants. A generous and abundant bloomer, she is equally impressive in the garden and as a feature flower in arrangements.

Dahlias prefer a full sun to part shade location and should be planted out after the risk of frost has passed. With continuous dead heading Dahlias will bloom from summer up until late autumn early winter.

You don’t need to water your Dahlias in after planting, just keep them moist once they start to grow above the ground. Adding a slow-release tomato fertiliser in early summer and some Sulphate of Potash, then a mulch will help get the best of the blooms.
