Daphne - Dahlia Tuber

Daphne is a beautiful medium stella-type Dahlia, featuring soft pale lavender and white blooms. Elegant and refined, she brings a light, airy feel to the garden and is equally lovely when cut for arrangements.

Dahlias prefer a full sun to part shade location and should be planted out after the risk of frost has passed. With continuous dead heading Dahlias will bloom from summer up until late autumn early winter.

You don’t need to water your Dahlias in after planting, just keep them moist once they start to grow above the ground. Adding a slow-release tomato fertiliser in early summer and some Sulphate of Potash, then a mulch will help get the best of the blooms.
